We were pleased to be contacted by Citizens Advice to create an awareness video for the Central & South Sussex branches, that showcased the difference they make to people’s lives, and to inspire others to get involved and volunteer with Citizens Advice.
The brief for this awareness video required us to show the difference the volunteers make to not only the lives of the clients, but to their own lives too. We did this from several different viewpoints, including the first point of contact for the public, the advisors, and some clients themselves. Over the course of the video we meet several individuals who have involvement with the Central & South Sussex branches of Citizens Advice, with a lot of the filming taking place at the Worthing branch.
We were pleased to be contacted by Headway West Sussex, a local charity supporting sufferers of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and their families, to create a charity awareness video that they could display on their website.
Whilst a lot of our projects are promotional, we needed to approach this brief in a slightly different way. The video needed to encompass information about acquired brain injuries, give insights into how they affect sufferers and their families, and what Headway West Sussex do to offer help and support to these people. The idea was to raise awareness of all of these aspects, and that’s what the main video acheived.
Our latest project took us to Angmering-on-Sea, to film detailed rental videos of Luxury Beach House Rentals
We always relish the chance to create visually stunning videos, so when Luxury Beach House Rentals approached us to create the rental videos for their five beach front properties in Angmering-on-Sea, we were very excited. The client was looking for the opportunity to really showcase each property, taking in all of the aspects that makes each one unique. For example, the New England Beach House has a USA theme subtly included in the interior styling, to relate to the property name.
We were delighted to be contacted by Zero Waste Recyling to create a pitch video for their entry to the 2015 Virgin Media Pitch to Rich competition.
The client needed a short video to showcase their company, its ethos and its aims in order to generate votes from the public. Companies with a high number of votes will go through to the next stage of the Virgin Media competition with the ultimate aim of winning a £250,000 marketing campaign for your business by Virgin. 30 Second short promo video for Financial Services Company
We were briefed by the client to create a short promo video of just 30 seconds long, to showcase their practice to a cinema audience on the big screen. The video would also then be used on the client’s website for a brief introduction to the company. The client explained how recent changes in pension rules put in place by the Government were confusing and their practice were hoping to advise and help customers understand how the new rules applied to them.
Alexander create wonderful kitchens and bathrooms for customers around Sussex.
We regularly take still photography of their completed projects, but occasionally we are able to capture video footage as well. This bathroom was fitted into a loft conversion project for a customer in Brighton and was an incredibly successful use of space.
The walkthrough video showcase is only 1 minute long and set only to music but it puts across the luxury finish of Alexander’s work.
Worthing Community Event Video Production, The Tide of Light 2014
As we have previously reported on our blog we were very happy to have been involved in the first Tide of Light (2013) by creating an event video for them to showcase the event for future funding. This video helped their crowdfunding efforts to reach over £6,500 of public money to hold the second Tide of Light event this year.
The video we produced last November fireworks night at the Worthing ‘Tide of Light’ event has helped the Tide of Light team secure over £6,000 of much needed funding.
The video from 2013 was something that Hector Media created for free to help the local community and it was a joy to produce as the event exceeded all expectations. It is great that with the funding from Crowdfunder it is happening again this year and from what we know the event will be even better than last year. Watch this space for the next video….
